Overview
This position requires a highly motivated Architectural Professional who can balance creativity with technical precision. You will work closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to design functional, aesthetically pleasing, and compliant structures.
Responsibilities
- Develop architectural designs, drawings, and specifications
- Prepare concept plans, 3D models, and technical documentation
- Liaise with clients, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with local building regulations and codes
- Conduct site visits and oversee project progress when required
- Manage timelines, budgets, and project deliverables
- Utilize design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools
- Review and revise designs based on feedback and project requirements
Requirements
- Degree in Architecture or relevant qualification
- Proven experience in an architectural role
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar software
- Strong understanding of building regulations and construction processes
- Excellent design, visualization, and technical skills
- Strong communication and project management abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Advantageous
- Professional registration (SACAP or equivalent)
- Experience in residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles
- Strong 3D rendering and presentation skills
