Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Corporate Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations, drive efficiency, and support organisational growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong management background, excellent leadership skills, and a strategic mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead operational planning and workflow optimisation
  • Coordinate cross‑department teams to ensure targets are met
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports
  • Support development and implementation of business strategies
  • Ensure compliance with corporate standards and policies
  • Facilitate communication between executives, staff, and stakeholders
  • Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and operational improvements

Requirements

  • Proven experience in operations or business management
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision‑making skills
  • Strategic and analytical thinking
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Business software
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and teams

Advantageous

  • MBA or related postgraduate qualification
