Overview
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Coordinator to support online marketing campaigns, grow brand presence, and drive engagement across digital platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about content, social media, and analytics, with a strong understanding of current digital trends.
Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across social media platforms
- Manage and grow brand presence on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Assist with email marketing campaigns and newsletters
- Monitor and respond to online enquiries and comments
- Track campaign performance and provide basic analytics reports
- Support website updates and content uploads
- Collaborate with designers and content creators on marketing materials
- Assist in developing and executing digital marketing strategies
- Stay up to date with digital trends and competitor activity
Requirements
- Previous experience in digital marketing or social media management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic knowledge of marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics)
- Creative thinking and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Good organisational and time management skills
Advantageous
- Experience with paid advertising (Facebook Ads, Google Ads)
- Basic graphic design or content creation skills
- Knowledge of SEO and website optimisation
- Experience using email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp)
