Overview
We are seeking a qualified Electrician to perform electrical installations, maintenance, and fault-finding on commercial and residential projects. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, reliable, and capable of working independently on site.
Responsibilities
- Install wiring, circuits, distribution boards, and lighting systems
- Conduct fault-finding and repairs
- Perform preventative maintenance and inspections
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety regulations
- Assist with solar and backup power installations
- Complete job reports and documentation
Requirements
- Trade Test Certificate (Electrician)
- Minimum 2 years’ practical experience
- Knowledge of electrical compliance and safety standards
- Ability to read electrical drawings
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Reliable and punctual
Advantageous
- Solar installation experience
- Wireman’s License
- Experience in commercial projects
