Overview
We are seeking a driven and organised Project Manager to oversee and coordinate projects from planning through to successful completion.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects while ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met. This role requires strong leadership, effective communication, and the ability to bring structure and efficiency to project execution across teams.
Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and oversee projects from initiation to completion
- Develop project timelines, schedules, and deliverables
- Track progress and report on key milestones and performance metrics
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders
- Manage project risks, issues, and quality control processes
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
- Lead and guide team members to ensure successful project execution
Requirements
- Proven experience in project management or a similar role
- Strong organisational, planning, and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
Advantageous
- Certification in Project Management (PMI, PRINCE2, or similar)
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation
